Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible individual to manage and take care of a Paying Guest (PG) House in Delhi-NCR. The caretaker will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the PG house.
- Manage tenant interactions and address any immediate concerns.
- Oversee routine maintenance and repairs within the PG facility.
- Handle electrical work and troubleshoot basic electrical issues to ensure safety and functionality.
Additional Information
