Role Overview
We are looking for Care Facilitators to join our Day Activity Centre dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities. This role involves assisting with daily routines and activities, providing hands-on support during transitions, personal care, and ensuring all activities are conducted safely and meaningfully.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, routines, transitions, meals, and personal care to foster safe and engaging participation.
- Promote clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being by maintaining safety, dignity, and following safeguarding procedures.
- Prepare and keep activity materials and environments tidy and safe to encourage engagement and learning.
- Observe and document client participation and progress accurately using digital systems, and report any concerns or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum qualifications include "N" Level, at least three "O" Level passes, partial "A" Level, or a fresh NITEC with a pass in English.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Training on the job will be provided to support skill development.
