About the Role and Company
City Home Care is actively expanding its workforce and seeks a skilled Care Coordinator in Coimbatore to oversee client inquiries, convert leads, and manage care scheduling efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage conversations with prospective clients and clearly communicate service pricing.
- Engage in follow-up communications to convert interested prospects into confirmed service users.
- Arrange and coordinate schedules among patients, their families, and caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and consistently work to achieve high client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Healthcare Administration.
- Holds any graduate degree.
- Excellent command of Tamil language, with basic proficiency in English.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications and WhatsApp for communication and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
