Role Description
The Card Scheme Compliance Officer serves as the primary liaison for all Elavon business units regarding card scheme regulations. This position ensures compliance by managing card scheme publications, maintaining documentation, preparing necessary reports, conducting research, and coordinating responses associated with card scheme rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management of Card Brand Bulletins and monitor Elavon’s adherence to mandates impacting compliance.
- Supervise mandated reporting requirements set by Card Schemes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft content for communications directed at customers and partners.
- Handle administrative duties related to access for Card Scheme tools.
- Manage queries and resolve issues related to card scheme compliance.
- Develop content regarding Card Scheme regulations for both internal and external communication channels, emphasizing critical focus areas, impacts, and opportunities.
- Stay current with Card Scheme rules and disseminate knowledge and best practices across Elavon.
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid understanding of the payments industry, supply chains, and the functions and implications of various card schemes including associated risks and opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle concurrent responsibilities effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Work Location and Accessibility
