Role Overview
As a Capital Markets Analyst focused on Latin America, you will play a vital role in helping corporate and sovereign clients raise funds through various debt instruments and strategic advisory services. This full-time, onsite position in New York City involves collaboration with institutional banking teams to structure, originate, and execute debt capital market transactions including bonds, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, and liability management for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fixed income and equity clients.
- Analyze clients’ capital structure to develop tailored funding solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
- Develop in-depth insight into banks and institutional investors, monitoring trends affecting capital pools.
- Originate, structure, and execute various transactions, including IPOs, LBOs, and refinancing activities.
- Work closely with specialized teams to deliver comprehensive solutions utilizing a broad range of financial products.
- Engage in managing fixed income and equity client relationships effectively.
- Participate in dialogues with corporate clients while advising on interest rate and credit risk mitigation via derivatives.
