Job description
Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Capital Market Specialist to join a comprehensive project team. The position involves managing the re-papering, migration, and lifecycle administration of Private Bank Capital Markets documentation to facilitate the transition between entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire programme lifecycle, including outreach, gathering requirements, circulating documents, coordinating execution logistics, and closing out tasks while managing timelines, dependencies, and action logs.
- Act as the main day-to-day liaison with counterparties during re-papering, organizing sessions, tracking feedback, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Support re-papering efforts across various Capital Markets document types, adjusting to changing scope, priorities, and sequencing as the programme evolves.
- Maintain workflow trackers and management information dashboards to keep status updates accurate, control versions, and update contract repositories or CLM systems according to established standards.
- Collect and summarize mark-ups from counterparties, detect deviations from standard templates or playbooks, and forward such items to Legal or Compliance for evaluation while monitoring the resolution process.
- Coordinate approvals and inputs from Legal, Compliance, Credit/Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and hand-offs.
Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of five years' experience in coordination, PMO, documentation, operations, or contract management within Capital Markets or extensive contract remediation programmes.
- Knowledge of ISDA/CSA, Novation Agreements, and SP Distribution Agreements is advantageous.
- Experience working with redlined agreements and skillful summarization of document changes for stakeholders, without offering legal counsel.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple counterparties and workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and tenacity in follow-up.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities to interact effectively with internal control functions and external parties.
- Highly organized with expertise in Excel for tracking and MI, Word and PowerPoint for briefings, and familiarity with contract repositories and CLM tools seen as a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver timely, accurate results in a dynamic work environment.
