About the role
This position sits within consulting teams focused on quantitative analysis and AI/ML-driven approaches. The work centers on strengthening and expanding data-led solutions that support healthcare clients and the firm’s innovation portfolio.
What you will do
You will partner with healthcare organizations across the sector, including public entities, insurers, and providers. The role combines analytics, project coordination, and stakeholder communication in a client-facing environment.
Core work involves handling large datasets, building and refining analytical models, and contributing to dashboards and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with data engineering teams on proprietary platforms and with knowledge and insights specialists to prepare and execute client engagements.
Beyond client delivery, you will also contribute to building healthcare assets, reusable knowledge, and innovative internal solutions. The environment is designed to be demanding, collaborative, and strongly focused on professional growth.

Qualifications and skills
- A completed degree in computer science, data analytics, or data science, ideally supplemented by biostatistics, bioinformatics, or epidemiology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant analytics-focused role such as data analyst, data scientist, BI specialist, or consultant.
- Practical programming ability in Python and/or R.
- Hands-on exposure to machine learning tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, along with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
- Working knowledge of SQL and querying data from relational databases or cloud environments.
- Familiarity with electronic health record data structures, clinical coding systems such as ICD, CPT, and SNOMED, and healthcare standards including HL7 and FHIR.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to improve existing approaches independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client and company needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and communicate well across all levels of an organization.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
