About the Role
Join our team as a Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst focused on healthcare, where you will be part of consulting teams engaged in quantitative analyses and AI/ML techniques to advance data-driven solutions and innovative methods. You will collaborate closely with healthcare clients across public bodies, insurance companies, and providers, applying your project management capabilities and stakeholder communication skills.
Daily responsibilities include handling and modeling substantial datasets, cooperating with Data Engineers to develop and maintain proprietary platforms, and creating dashboards and machine learning models using both low-code/no-code platforms and programming languages such as Python, alongside visualization tools.
You will work synergistically with Data Engineering, Knowledge and Insights specialists, and consultants to deliver impactful client solutions and contribute to building healthcare-related intellectual assets, fostering our innovation efforts.

Required Qualifications
- A completed degree in computer science, data analytics/science, preferably with a background in biostatistics, bioinformatics, or epidemiology.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience such as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence professional, or consultant.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and/or R.
- Experience working with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience querying databases in relational or cloud setups.
- An understanding of electronic health record data structures, clinical coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT, SNOMED), and health data standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Strong problem-solving aptitude in analytical and quantitative contexts.
- A proactive entrepreneurial spirit focused on continual improvement and independent initiative.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
- The capacity to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
