Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Canva Specialist to enhance our real estate marketing initiatives. This position focuses on customizing existing Canva templates to generate promotional materials and also includes efficient video editing for various online platforms. The role demands managing multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining precision and coherence throughout all outputs.

Key Duties

• Adapt and modify pre-made Canva templates for marketing collateral such as social posts, real estate brochures, and presentations.
• Maintain brand uniformity by adhering to prescribed design standards.
• Adjust and optimize graphic elements for both online and print use.
• Keep an orderly catalog of templates and related digital resources.
• Conduct straightforward video edits including trimming clips, adding text overlays, transitions, and background audio.
• Prepare videos suitable for social media channels, training content, and promotional purposes.
• Format video content for diverse platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Meet tight deadlines to provide premium video outputs.
• Manage multiple design and video orders efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure punctual and accurate completion of all assignments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to confirm content aligns with expectations and timelines.
• Follow precise instructions and deliver results promptly without compromising quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Canva with proven ability to edit and customize templates.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks within structured processes.
