Appointment and tenure

The successful appointee must complete the candidacy programme within a maximum period of three years from the start date. Once all candidacy requirements are met within that timeframe, the post-holder will move into a permanent Advanced Practice Physiotherapist position, as outlined under tenure.

The post is located in HSE Mid West / FSS An Íarthar Láir. At present, there is one whole-time candidate Advanced Practice Physiotherapist vacancy at University Hospital Limerick. The successful candidate may also be asked to work across any acute service area within HSE Mid West, depending on service needs.
