Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed commercial valuations across diverse sectors including large-scale subdivisions, government projects, and crucial mortgage valuations.
• Manage the entire valuation process from conducting thorough property inspections, gathering essential market data, to preparing comprehensive valuation reports.

Candidate Profile

• Holds CPV certification as a valuer in either residential or commercial property sectors, with a willingness to work across a variety of asset classes.
• Self-driven with strong accuracy in research and data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with the capability to quickly learn new systems.
