About the Role
We are seeking a CPV Valuer to join our dynamic team in Canberra, providing an excellent opportunity to advance your commercial valuation career or to transition from residential assets to commercial properties. Based in Canberra - Ngambri, the land of the Ngunnawal people, this role offers flexible working arrangements within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed commercial valuations across diverse sectors including large-scale subdivisions, government projects, and crucial mortgage valuations.
- Manage the entire valuation process from conducting thorough property inspections, gathering essential market data, to preparing comprehensive valuation reports.
- Leverage extensive market data and cutting-edge tools to deliver accurate and insightful valuation results.

Candidate Profile
- Holds CPV certification as a valuer in either residential or commercial property sectors, with a willingness to work across a variety of asset classes.
- Self-driven with strong accuracy in research and data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with the capability to quickly learn new systems.
