Overview

Inforicha Solution is seeking experienced Call Centre / BPO Executives to join their Bhubaneswar, Odisha location. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls professionally while supporting customer needs and driving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism.
• Explain the offerings of the company's products and services to customers effectively.
• Generate potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Address and resolve customer queries to ensure high-quality support.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals set by the company.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or customer support roles.
• Strong communication abilities along with persuasive skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Capability to work effectively in a goal-oriented environment.
• Applicants must be experienced; freshers are not eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹16,000.
