Role overview
This contract customer service position runs for 12 months and is based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland. The role focuses on supporting customers in the Republic of Ireland and the UK over the phone, helping them with everyday banking and related queries.
As a frontline advisor, you will act as a key contact for customers and provide a high standard of service, backed by the support of a major Irish bank. The environment suits someone who is upbeat, proactive, and comfortable speaking with people regularly.
Working pattern
The shift schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 17:15.
Pay
The hourly rate for this role is €15.87.
Requirements
- Some previous customer service experience is beneficial for this position.
