About the Role

Alba Smile Medical Clinics is currently looking for a dedicated female employee to serve as a Call Center Telemarketing Executive at their Jeddah locations in Al Rabwah or Al Zahraa districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers.
• Promote and sell services over the phone effectively.
• Present offers and services professionally.
• Convince clients to meet sales targets.
• Record customer data and conduct follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in both spoken and written forms.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and oral.
• Politeness and excellent client interaction skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs.
• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is required.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and strive for continuous development.
