About Influx

Influx provides on-demand, 24/7 customer service for brands and tech companies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through a global team of agents and managers working across time zones. We are experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking qualified agents to join our talent pool for upcoming client needs.

We are interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • E-commerce & Fashion: Experience with online retail platforms or fashion brands, including tools like Shopify and Gorgias. Requires strong written communication and top-tier customer support skills.
  • Installation Services (Voice Support): Ability to manage high call volumes and possess strong voice support experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
  • Tech & App Support: Proficiency in troubleshooting software, mobile apps, or hardware, guiding customers through technical issues with clarity, patience, and empathy.
  • Fintech: Experience supporting digital financial platforms for secure, fast, and seamless cross-border payments. Confidence in assisting customers with transactions and digital financial services.
  • Telecommunications / Mobile Network: Prior experience within a mobile network or telecommunications company.

Essential Duties

  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Deliver timely and effective support to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Take full responsibility for customer concerns until resolution.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Technical Requirements (BYOD)

  • A laptop is required (Windows 10 or newer). Chromebooks, Linux, or desktop computers are not compatible.
  • Minimum specifications include an Intel Core i5 (10th Gen or newer) processor and 8GB of RAM.
  • A stable internet connection of 50–55 Mbps is necessary, utilizing a wired connection. A noise-cancelling headset is also required.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace is essential for optimal performance.
