Role overview

Meraki Education is hiring personable and service-minded professionals to join its call center team in Dubai. In this position, you will support families interested in school admissions by answering calls, sharing accurate information, addressing concerns, and helping ensure a smooth and positive parent experience while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Core responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from families quickly and in a professional manner.
  • Place outgoing calls to new leads, follow up with existing parents, and gather feedback from current parents.
  • Listen to parent questions, complaints, and requests carefully and respond with accuracy and empathy.
  • Explain school-related details, including processes, upcoming events, and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations and updates in the CRM system.
  • Route complex matters to senior colleagues and direct cases to the appropriate teams based on case history.
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly call-handling and performance goals.
  • Keep every interaction polite, professional, and solution-oriented.
  • Follow approved call scripts, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills are necessary.
  • You should be a good listener with solid problem-solving skills.
  • The role requires a calm approach when dealing with pressure or difficult conversations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms are expected.
  • Flexibility to work shifts for an international setup is needed.
