Call Center Customer Care Agent / Administrator

About the Role

RamcoGas is seeking a well-organized and proactive Call Center Agent/Administrator to join their Sales & Marketing department. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly. Additionally, the candidate will perform various administrative tasks such as report generation, task follow-up, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls effectively, providing outstanding service on both incoming and outgoing lines.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
• Create reports and monitor ongoing tasks to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Maintain adequate stock levels for team members to guarantee same-day deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with the company's service level agreement of achieving 1-hour delivery times in at least 95% of cases.
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Provide management with constructive feedback and suggestions for improving internal processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in a call center or customer service setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure while handling challenging customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours when required.
