Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hands-on calibration experience with the ability to follow calibration procedures and standards across different types of equipment.
  • Practical laboratory experience, including safe equipment handling, compliance with lab rules, and accurate result recording.
  • Ability to use test instruments such as multimeters, pressure gauges, temperature controllers, and similar measurement tools.
  • Working knowledge of instrumentation, including configuration, setup, and reading interpretation for industrial and safety-related applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability to identify the source of equipment or measurement issues and recommend fixes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills for maintaining reports, certificates, and records.
  • Familiarity with standards and quality systems such as ISO/IEC 17025 or comparable frameworks is beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
