Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Calculator for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) to join our headquarters in Munich at the earliest possible date. This role centers on the economic and timely calculation of trades including heating, ventilation, sanitation, and climate control within industrial plant construction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform cost calculations based on specifications, functional tenders, and plans related to TGA trades.
- Develop offers according to Leistungsverzeichnisse and functional specifications.
- Review and adjust outlier offers as needed.
- Support negotiation and contract awarding discussions.
- Execute cost determination for TGA trades.
- Maintain and update calculation databases regularly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training, or technician qualification in supply engineering, plant, or mechanical engineering.
- Several years of practical experience in calculating industrial plants, preferably in supply technology.
- Extensive knowledge in system technology concerning media, ventilation, air conditioning, and basic building services.
- Meticulous work approach with strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficient in computer usage and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in German language.
- Ability to work independently with commitment, responsibility, readiness to work, and negotiation skills.
