Responsibilities
- Preparing offer calculations involving collaboration with internal and external experts
- Developing order and work cost estimates
- Evaluating tender documents and projects while proposing special suggestions and alternatives
- Compiling quantity and cost assessments and maintaining calculation data
- Monitoring project outcomes according to set objectives
- Close cooperation with branch managers and site supervisors
- Requesting and negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors/partners
Qualifications
- Completed training or studies in a relevant field
- Several years of professional experience in flat roof construction cost calculation
- Responsibility, teamwork skills, and negotiation abilities
- Solution-focused and organized working style
- Proficiency and interest in using IT systems
