Role Overview

The Customer Service Associate for the M&S Cafe is essential in delivering superb customer service, maintaining store upkeep, controlling inventory, and supporting sales activities. This role requires attentiveness to customer needs, resolving basic complaints, keeping the store visually appealing, stocking products, and handling sales transactions accurately as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to provide high-quality assistance and address their requirements.
• Handle routine customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by organizing merchandise following brand standards and ensuring cleanliness.
• Receive shipments and replenish stock to guarantee full and attractive displays.
• Boost sales through recommending and upselling relevant products.
• Operate the cash register efficiently ensuring accurate payment processing and keeping the checkout area tidy.
