Job description
Role overview
Ryanair is inviting applications for Cabin Crew based at London Stansted Airport. This role places you within a large and expanding cabin crew network that serves a high volume of passengers across an extensive route map every day.
The position is centered on delivering safe, professional and friendly onboard service while representing the airline to guests throughout each flight.
Why this opportunity stands out
Joining the cabin crew team means access to a range of benefits, including heavily discounted travel across more than 250 destinations, a structured roster pattern, and a competitive pay package. Full training is provided at no cost, and no previous cabin crew experience is required.
Training is designed to equip new hires with the practical knowledge and service standards needed to perform effectively in the role. Once training is successfully completed, crew members receive their Cabin Crew Wings and are ready to start flying duties.
Career growth
The role offers long-term progression possibilities within the inflight organization. Career paths may include advancement to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even a senior leadership position within the inflight team.
Working pattern
This is a demanding, safety-critical role that requires flexibility for both early and late shifts. Early roster duties can begin as early as 5:00 am, while afternoon roster duties may finish close to midnight. Candidates should be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and variable working hours.
Application assessments
As part of the hiring process, candidates must complete two mandatory assessments: an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Not completing either assessment will prevent progression to the interview stage.

- You should be hardworking, adaptable, flexible and naturally friendly and outgoing.
- You must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
- You should enjoy interacting with the public and be able to deliver strong customer service with a positive, can-do mindset.
