A recruitment drive is being organized in Bahrain for cabin crew roles linked to the Dammam hub. Candidates are invited to participate in this hiring event, and the complete venue and schedule details will be shared 3–5 days before the event date.

Role Objective
The cabin crew member represents the airline at all times and helps build customer trust and a strong brand image. The role focuses on delivering attentive service, protecting passenger safety and comfort throughout the full flight cycle, and remaining prepared, compliant, and productive in line with company standards and operating procedures.
Core Duties
The position includes pre-flight readiness, passenger service, safety support, sales contribution, reporting, and post-flight handover responsibilities. The cabin crew member is also expected to support the team, follow procedures carefully, and step in as cabin supervisor when assigned by the captain.
Conduct and Operational Responsibilities
- Report on time for duty, maintain required grooming and physical readiness, and ensure all flight-related requirements and legal conditions are met before assignment.
- Attend the pre-flight briefing to understand flight information, role allocation, targets, and security and boarding requirements.
- Guide passengers on safety procedures and help maintain a safe and comfortable cabin environment.
- Spot safety or security concerns and coordinate with the cabin supervisor to address them according to standard procedures.
- Provide first aid support to passengers when needed.
- Escalate any operational issues, irregularities, or equipment malfunctions to the cabin supervisor, flight crew, or captain without delay.
- Welcome passengers, support boarding, and record required information in the aircraft logbook as per airline and civil aviation procedures.
- Respond to individual passenger requests, pre-bookings, and service needs with consistent professionalism.
- Identify passengers who may be distressed or facing difficulties and handle them in line with the operations manual and related policies.
- Promote on-board meals, products, and charity services to help meet sales and donation targets for both the individual and the team.
- Handle cash and card transactions for sales and donations responsibly and securely.
- Perform pre-flight checks to confirm that supplies, emergency gear, catering items, and other required equipment are available before departure.
- Report shortages or deficiencies to the cabin supervisor and/or captain as needed.
- Support cabin cleaning during transit stops and verify that catering and duty-free stock are replenished before the next departure.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Complete post-flight briefing and assessment documentation according to company procedures, including evaluation inputs and reporting of on-flight issues.
- Assist with conduct-related matters involving passengers and take on cabin supervisor duties when formally designated by the captain.
- Keep professional and safety knowledge current by attending refresher trainings, emergency drills, and learning sessions, and by maintaining a valid license.
- Contribute to team performance by helping achieve operational goals, sales objectives, and assigned targets.
Important Requirements
- Applicants should be between 20 and 29 years old for non-experienced cabin crew, or up to 33 years old for experienced cabin crew.
- Minimum height must be 160 cm for women and 170 cm for men.
- Body weight should be proportionate to age and height.
- Visible tattoos or marks are not permitted if they would show while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Candidates must be medically and physically fit for cabin crew duties.
- Swimming ability with the support of a flotation device is required.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- A diploma or higher secondary certificate is acceptable; a diploma in travel or tourism is considered an advantage.
- Training in first aid, safety, and emergency procedures is beneficial.
- Candidates should be fit to fly, in good general health, and free from serious medical conditions or chronic illnesses.
- A presentable, approachable, and cheerful personality is important, including the ability to stay positive under pressure.
- The role requires a strong service mindset and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Applicants should be able to deal with difficult situations and dissatisfied customers while protecting the airline’s image.
- Strong judgment is needed to detect irregularities and respond effectively to threats and emergencies.
- Applicants should be proactive, self-driven, and able to work well in a team.
- Very good spoken and written communication skills are required.
- Strong time management and problem-solving ability are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is needed.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage depending on airline requirements.
Experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior work as cabin crew or in customer service within airlines, aviation, or hospitality will be considered an advantage. An active cabin crew license is also beneficial.
The role requires the ability to work in shifts and for extended hours. Candidates should be flexible, adaptable to changing schedules, and able to perform consistently against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
