About the Role
Join Europe's largest airline group as a Cabin Crew member based at Dublin Airport. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training is offered. You will be part of a team of over 16,000 cabin crew across 90+ operational bases, delivering exceptional service to more than 680,000 passengers on 3,700 flights daily. The position offers a competitive salary, industry-leading work roster, and unlimited discounted travel across 250+ destinations. New hires who join training before summer 2026 receive a one-time joining bonus of €2,000.
Responsibilities and Work Environment
As part of the cabin crew, you will ensure passenger safety and provide excellent customer service during flights. The role is dynamic and requires working early and late shifts, sometimes starting as early as 5 AM and finishing close to midnight. A strong safety focus is essential. Career advancement opportunities include progression to supervisory and management roles within inflight services.
Candidate Requirements
- Right to live and work unrestricted in Ireland and freedom to travel across the Ryanair network
- Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others in water
- Hardworking, adaptable, flexible with an outgoing, friendly personality
- Comfortable working a shift roster
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in spoken and written English and able to pass an English Language Assessment
- A passion for travel and meeting new people
