Role overview
Marabu Airlines is preparing a future hiring pool for experienced Cabin Crew members ahead of expected openings from Winter 2027. The airline operates in the German leisure travel market with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet and focuses on delivering a pleasant, safe, and high-quality onboard experience.
This opportunity is intended for candidates with prior Cabin Crew experience and a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation who are interested in a Germany-based position. Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service that helps ensure passengers are comfortable throughout the journey.
- Follow cabin safety and security procedures, including safety checks, emergency equipment demonstrations, and compliance with aviation rules.
- Assist with onboard sales activities and present products that support the passenger experience.
- Coordinate closely with fellow crew members to keep cabin operations efficient, safe, and well organized.
Requirements
- You should be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum height requirement: 158 cm.
- Secondary school education must be completed.
- A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is required.
- You must have the legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential; German is welcome at any level, and the willingness to improve your German over time is encouraged.
- A current aeromedical certificate is required, along with the ability to swim without assistance.
- Previous Cabin Crew experience is required.
- You should be adaptable, calm, confident, and comfortable working with others in a fast-changing environment.
- You must be able to respond professionally to roster changes, onboard emergencies, and other operational challenges while supporting your colleagues and passengers.
- No criminal record is permitted.
- You need to be able to reach your home base airport within 60 minutes at any time.
