About the Role
We seek radiant personalities capable of adapting effortlessly in any environment while ensuring passengers feel comfortable and cared for. As a key representative of Emirates, you will assist customers by providing attentive, friendly, and effective help during flights. This position goes beyond customer service; safety is paramount, and you will be entrusted with managing aircraft services, security, and enforcing safety protocols. Comprehensive training is provided at our advanced Dubai facility to prepare you for these responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Positive mindset with strong ability to deliver outstanding service within a diverse team setting
- High school graduate (Grade 12) at minimum
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Height of at least 160 cm and reach of 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform, without resorting to cover-ups
- Willingness and eligibility to be based in Dubai and comply with UAE employment visa standards

Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed basic monthly salary of AED 4,980
- Flight operation allowance at AED 69.60 per hour, averaging 80-100 hours monthly
- Typical total monthly earnings around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Economy Class Grade II
- Meal allowances granted for overnight stays, credited the following month
