- Familiarity with CMake, major compilers (GCC/Clang/MSVC), debugging tools (GDB/LLDB), sanitizers, Valgrind, unit testing frameworks, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, profiling, and static analyzers preferred.
- Experience supervising or supporting remote engineers, trainers, or QA teams highly desirable.
- Comfortable using collaborative platforms such as Discord, Google Sheets, Docs, task trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining comprehensive quality documentation and procedures.
- Experience with AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, AI training, or rubric-based code quality assessment is an advantage.
