Job Responsibilities
As a Buying Manager for Mens Wear, you will oversee the entire seasonal buying process, thoughtfully managing the Open To Buy (OTB) budgets to maximize profitability. Your role includes careful assortment planning and competitive pricing strategies. You will spearhead negotiations with vendors and analyze current fashion trends rigorously. Additionally, you will continuously track sell-through rates, maintain healthy margins, and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Collaborating closely with store teams, visual merchandising, and logistics departments will be essential to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Eligibility and Educational Requirements
Candidates must hold a Diploma in Fashion Designing, any other relevant designing discipline, or be graduates in any field.
