Role Overview

This position involves comprehensive management and operation of a CEO’s private residence, tailored to meet the exacting standards expected by high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The role demands a blend of household oversight, personalized hospitality, and professional service delivery to create an exceptional home environment.

Core Duties and Expectations

• Manage day-to-day operations and overall administration of the CEO's private home.
• Lead and delegate tasks to household staff ensuring efficient, smooth household functioning.
• Maintain the property to impeccable levels of cleanliness, order, and aesthetic presentation.
• Provide superior hospitality and guest service for family members, visitors, and dignitaries.
• Perform professional butler duties, including mastery of formal dining protocols and customized guest assistance.
• Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of drinks adhering to high service standards.
• Oversee inventories, track supplies, and coordinate procurement to maintain household needs.
• Deliver safe and professional chauffeur service for the CEO and family members.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fully serviced at all times.
• Support planning and execution of private events, social functions, and VIP gatherings.
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality, discretion, and impeccable etiquette in all aspects.
