Role Summary
The Butler Executive is responsible for overseeing and ensuring flawless delivery of butler services throughout all guest stages—pre-arrival, stay, and departure—aligning with St. Regis's exacting standards. This role manages the Butler team, which includes Butlers and Butler Valets, coordinating closely with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences. Key duties include supervision, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Butler team to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to St. Regis service standards across all guest interactions.
- Handle recruitment activities including interviewing and hiring team members.
- Develop staff schedules to optimize team availability.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure cohesive guest experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and communication.
- Physical capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
