About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and outcome-focused Business Transformation Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiencies, driving digital innovation, and supporting sustained growth. Partnering closely with senior leadership and diverse teams, this role will focus on pinpointing opportunities for improvement, crafting transformation strategies, and ensuring the effective execution of change programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organization-wide transformation and strategic change efforts.
  • Create and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Evaluate current processes to find areas for efficiency gains and optimization.
  • Champion digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Work collaboratively with executive leadership and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
  • Oversee project scopes, scheduling, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverable quality.
  • Develop business cases and assess financial and operational impacts of initiatives.
  • Track program performance through relevant KPIs.
  • Proactively identify risks and mitigate them to ensure project success.
  • Lead change management and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and improvement sessions.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for executives.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within teams.
  • Coach project teams to foster collaboration and creativity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or relevant field.
  • In-depth understanding of business transformation, process enhancement, and organizational change management.
  • Experience with project management frameworks and business analysis methods.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, automation tools, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Skilled in financial assessments, business case formulation, and measuring performance outcomes.
  • Able to manage several complex projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning talents.
