About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Transformation Manager to spearhead organization-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accelerating digital innovation, and supporting sustainable growth. This position requires strategic leadership to redesign business processes, implement transformation programs, and align initiatives with the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive business transformation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Drive initiatives in digital transformation, process refinement, and organizational change management.
  • Evaluate current business operations to spot improvement opportunities.
  • Create detailed transformation roadmaps, actionable plans, and business justification documents.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to advance strategic projects.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, resource allocation, timelines, and governance.
  • Lead business process reengineering and promote operational excellence programs.
  • Manage change strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Track project success through KPIs, performance data, and transformation dashboards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to operations and projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Support initiatives involving automation, enterprise technologies, and digital upgrades.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for executives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Profound knowledge of business transformation, change management, and operational excellence concepts.
  • Experience applying project and program management methodologies.
  • Familiar with frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement approaches.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, automation, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with business process reengineering and operational model changes.
  • Capability to simultaneously manage multiple complex transformation initiatives.
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional team settings.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Power BI or equivalents.
  • Excellent organizational skills, planning aptitude, and decision-making capability.
  • A commitment to fostering innovation, operational excellence, and continuous advancement.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-moving, changing business environments.
