Job description

About the Role

The Business Transformation Consultant will help ensure Microsoft Power Platform initiatives produce clear business outcomes and lasting operational gains. Working alongside business leaders, Product Owners, and delivery teams, this position supports the full solution journey—from spotting opportunities and shaping business cases to driving adoption, measuring benefits, and finding further optimisation opportunities.

In this role, you will act as the business value lead for Power Platform solutions. You will define success measures, set KPIs and SLAs, track realised benefits, and use operational insights to identify improvement areas and future automation ideas.

Work Location and Schedule

This role is based remotely from Hyderabad, India. The working shift is 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and the position is permanent.

Key Responsibilities

You will partner with business teams to understand operational issues, strategic goals, and improvement opportunities. The role involves analysing existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardisation, and facilitating workshops to define requirements, future-state processes, and operating models.

You will also develop business cases backed by operational data, challenge current ways of working, and recommend improvements that create measurable results.

Another major part of the role is benefits realisation and value management. You will define expected outcomes and success measures, establish baseline performance using operational data, create and maintain benefits realisation plans, and validate outcomes after implementation. You will prepare executive-level reporting that shows productivity gains, efficiency improvements, service enhancements, and overall business value.

On the governance side, you will define KPIs, SLAs, and performance measures for new Power Platform solutions, design dashboards and reporting structures, embed measures into daily operations, monitor solution performance, and carry out periodic health checks.

You will support adoption and change by creating adoption plans, encouraging usage of the solutions, identifying barriers to uptake, and helping leaders embed new ways of working. You will also measure adoption against agreed success criteria.

For continuous improvement and roadmap planning, you will review performance data, user feedback, and business trends to find optimisation opportunities, recommend automation levers, maintain enhancement roadmaps, and build a pipeline of future automation initiatives supported by data and business cases. You will work with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise enhancements based on value, operational impact, and strategic goals.

Stakeholder management is also central to this position. You will build strong relationships with business leaders, operational teams, and technology partners, align stakeholders on priorities, scope, KPIs, and expected outcomes, and influence decisions using evidence-based analysis. You will serve as the main business transformation partner across the lifecycle of Power Platform solutions.

Key Deliverables

  • Assessment of the current operating state
  • Design of future-state processes
  • Business case and benefits realisation plan
  • KPI and SLA framework
  • Operational dashboards and reporting requirements
  • Business adoption plan
  • Post-implementation benefits review
  • Solution enhancement roadmap
  • Pipeline of continuous improvement and automation opportunities
  • Executive reports on value realisation

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate should bring background in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or business analysis. Strong analytical ability is essential, especially for interpreting operational data and turning it into practical recommendations.

You should have experience setting KPIs, SLAs, performance measures, and operational governance structures, along with a track record of creating business cases and measuring realised benefits. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing, communication, and presentation skills are also required.

Preferred experience includes delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, understanding process automation and workflow optimisation, and familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, or process excellence methods. Exposure to operational functions such as Finance, Claims, Collections, or Shared Services is desirable. Additional value will come from experience in Credit Control or Insurance Collections within the Lloyd's of London or global commercial insurance market, as well as knowledge of collections strategy, receivables management, collector productivity, and operational performance metrics.

Eligibility

Any graduate can apply for this position.
