Business Transformation Consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role offers a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours weekly and provides a competitive hourly compensation between 154 and 210 NZD.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on management consulting frameworks, strategic evaluation, and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze and improve complex business cases, documents, and scenarios for accuracy and suitability.
• Provide thorough written and oral feedback aimed at enhancing AI system reasoning and performance.
• Work collaboratively with the client’s team remotely to aid in AI model training and assessment integrating real-world consulting insights.
• Identify deficiencies and suggest enhancements aligned with industry-leading practices.
• Keep abreast of latest developments in management consulting to inform AI training effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated substantial experience as a management consultant, preferably at a leading consulting firm.
• Proven track record in strategic initiatives, process optimization, and organizational change management.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to distill complex challenges into effective, actionable strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams within remote working environments.
