Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational data analysis and generate reports to guide business decisions, strategies, and adjustments supporting sustained business growth.
• Design and refine operational support workflows to ensure standardized, efficient, and effective processes.
• Research market trends and analyze competitors to provide strategic insights that maintain and enhance market competitiveness.
• Work cooperatively with team members and coordinate between departments to complete projects punctually and with high quality, achieving business goals.
• Monitor essential operational indicators, manage responsibilities for business outcomes within assigned areas, respond to emergencies, and coordinate problem-solving to maintain stable operations.
• Lead operational site training, resolve business-related queries, and oversee talent pipeline activities, including selection and development, to build team capabilities.
