The position is designed to ensure office and project teams operate efficiently by delivering prompt, high-quality administrative support that helps achieve strong client outcomes.

  • Helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Building trusted relationships across the business and supporting collaboration.
  • Contributing to office initiatives and team activities.
  • Managing competing priorities while staying organised and detail-oriented.
  • Balancing both responsive tasks and proactive support as needed.

About you

  • You ideally bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a related field or environment.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or training would be an advantage.
  • You hold a current, clean New Zealand driver licence.
  • You learn new systems quickly and are comfortable adapting to change.
  • You are client-oriented, practical, and focused on solutions.
  • You work well in a team where priorities and tasks can change from day to day.
  • You take pride in helping others and making work easier for the wider team.
  • You are highly organised, accurate, and able to manage several priorities at once.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
