Overview
A leading insurance and financial services organisation is looking for a Business Manager to help deliver its strategic priorities over a 14-month fixed-term contract. The position is central to execution and calls for sound commercial thinking, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a strong focus on getting work done.
Working within the Strategy function, you will support priorities linked to the CEO office by bringing structure, pace, and accountability to key initiatives. The role also involves leading business planning activity and producing polished materials for executive and board audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with CEO office initiatives from early planning through to final delivery.
- Own the business planning cycle and monitor progress against agreed targets.
- Develop board packs, strategic documents, and executive-level reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional programmes and keep teams aligned on objectives.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders across different business areas.
- Turn complex commercial and financial topics into clear, actionable steps.
- Strengthen governance, delivery discipline, and structure across major workstreams.
Candidate profile
The company is seeking a hands-on professional who can operate confidently at senior level and maintain momentum across multiple priorities.
Package and benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €100,000, depending on experience.

Working arrangement
