Role Overview
Havenox Services is seeking a seasoned consultant to guide clients through business establishment and company formation in the UAE. The role focuses on advising clients, managing setup procedures, and coordinating the documentation needed for incorporation and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE free zone company formation and mainland business setup options.
- Support the preparation and processing of trade licence applications.
- Coordinate visa-related procedures and the required documentation.
- Handle client interactions, provide consultations, and maintain a professional service experience.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Prior exposure to the UAE business setup and company formation sector.
- Practical understanding of free zones and mainland authorities in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing discussions.
- Ability to manage clients in a courteous and professional manner.
