About the Role
Da Vinci Engineering GmbH is seeking intelligent and innovative professionals eager to make an impact within a dynamic team that embraces flat hierarchies. Join us as a Business Product Owner responsible for the interface between customers, process managers, and development teams supporting global service IT systems such as CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison connecting clients, process managers, and the development team for worldwide service IT systems.
- Independently identify opportunities for improvement in complex process workflows involving diverse user groups and global service and logistics partners.
- Develop new process and system concepts, drive digitalization of service offerings, and actively support decision-making for implementations.
- Prioritize requirements, analyze interconnectivity of existing IT solutions, and evaluate integration of new technologies.
- Perform functional acceptance and testing of self-defined features.
- Conduct training for global user groups, design qualification initiatives, and handle administration and configuration of pertinent IT system modules.
Candidate Profile
- Completed academic degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Several years’ experience as a Business Product Owner with strong process knowledge in sales or service domains.
- Experience coordinating cross-departmental and international business units.
- Proficiency in agile work methodologies and service IT solutions.
- Independent, goal-focused, and organized working style.
- Fluent in both German and English.
