Core responsibilities

• Introduce the Stranger Soccer brand and establish its presence in the assigned city.
• Recruit, coach, and oversee a compact core team of 2–3 people, plus freelance official game hosts.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable venues and time slots for matches.
• Create and run marketing and sales campaigns across digital channels and local ground-level activities to grow the player community.
• Oversee match-day operations to deliver a smooth, enjoyable experience that encourages repeat bookings.
• Use the operational systems, technology, and guidance available from the Singapore headquarters.
