About Two Crow Collective
Two Crow Collective is a unique, tattoo-inspired apparel label deeply embedded in alternative culture and artistic storytelling. We focus on amplifying raw human experiences tied to mental health, chronic illness, and invisible personal struggles through wearable art. Our creative workspace is a vibrant, do-it-yourself studio featuring a large team of 11 artists, and we consciously reject generative AI technologies.
Role Overview
This role as a Business Operations Lead is crafted for a proactive, high-accountability individual who thrives on establishing structure and streamlining operations within a flourishing creative enterprise. You will be the vital force translating big visionary concepts into practical execution across the full spectrum of our business activities including ecommerce, storefront customer service, B2B warehouse logistics, and digital content management.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all discussions with artists, media partners, and production teams; meticulously document insights to fully grasp brand operations.
- Maintain and optimize digital project management tools and calendars, aligning creative production with warehouse and shipping workflows.
- Manage office scheduling and enhance communication protocols to keep diverse teams coordinated and aligned.
- Convert brainstorming sessions into actionable directives ensuring all team members leave meetings with clarity on next steps.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines without diminishing the creative and flexible nature of the workplace.
- Serve as the owner’s primary support person, responsive to varied tasks from customer service and vendor coordination to offering creative feedback.

Compensation & Location
Starting pay ranges between $18 and $21 per hour, dependent on experience. This is an in-person position located between Port Richey and Tarpon Springs, Florida.
