Job description

Company Overview

SecureRx Technologies Inc. specializes in enterprise-level medication vision intelligence tailored for organizations managing medications in regulated, high-volume settings. By deploying computer vision for medication verification, the company transforms manual visual checks into structured, image-supported proof, enhancing accuracy and auditability. Their flexible technology caters to pharmacy operations, specialty and patient-direct fulfillment, pharmaceutical inspection, and healthcare software integrations via API-enabled vision intelligence. Founded by pharmacists, SecureRx is committed to creating a visual evidence layer for safer, more efficient, and auditable medication processes.

Role Summary

This is a paid co-op internship for the Fall 2026 term (approximately September to December) with options to extend into Winter 2027 and choose between 4 or 8 months. The intern will collaborate closely with the founders, contributing to the backbone operations of an early-stage healthcare SaaS startup. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize research and data effectively.
  • Document and streamline operational processes.
  • Maintain dashboards and internal trackers to monitor progress.
  • Support coordination across multiple functional areas within the company.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Business, Commerce, Operations, Economics, or similar programs and eligible for a Fall 2026 co-op internship; Winter 2027 applications also considered.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with spreadsheets and structured data.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate within a small team.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, basic analytics, or project management tools is advantageous.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or startups is considered a plus.

Compensation & Location

This is a paid position offering between CA$20 and CA$26 per hour, depending on experience and academic level. The role is fully remote but candidates must reside within Canada.
