Job description

Role summary

This contract position supports a leadership group by keeping daily business activities organized and on schedule. The coordinator will handle calendar coordination, assemble key materials, and monitor important business metrics to help the team stay aligned and efficient. The right person will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable solving problems while supporting leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate leadership meetings and business review sessions.
  • Maintain visibility into headcount and budget data.
  • Create operational summaries, reports, and status updates.
  • Assist with internal communication efforts and new-hire onboarding.
  • Keep business planning calendars, milestones, and timelines moving forward.

Required capabilities

  • Strong calendar coordination and scheduling ability.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and data tracking.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

Work details

This is a W2-only contract assignment lasting 6+ months. The role is based in New York, with remote work flexibility. Compensation is listed at $45 to $50 per hour on a W2 basis.

Preferred background

Prior experience supporting business operations in a corporate setting is preferred.
