About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to contribute to projects spanning the entire business. This position suits an early-career professional with a commercial mindset, strong organization skills, and a startup-style approach who enjoys moving quickly, working hands-on, and gaining exposure to many parts of a growing fashion business.
Every day will look different. You will partner closely with the founders and leadership team while taking ownership of initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities
You will support business operations, cross-functional projects, and day-to-day execution across several areas of the company.
- Provide support to the founders and leadership team on projects that cut across multiple functions.
- Take charge of special projects and see them through to completion.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and business analysis materials.
- Support communication and project coordination across different departments.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and assist with rolling out better systems.
- Coordinate retail operations and initiatives related to stores.
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of campaigns and photoshoots.
- Assist with launches, events, activations, and other projects as needed.
- Handle administrative and office-related tasks that keep the business operating smoothly.
- Work with vendors, retailers, contractors, and other external partners.
- Provide broad operational support across teams and step in wherever help is needed.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, business, administration, project management, or a closely related role, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using tools and systems, including strong ability with Google Sheets and a quick learning curve for new platforms.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with confidence working through challenges independently.
- A commercially aware mindset and genuine interest in how businesses operate and the business impact of decisions.
- Ability to work well in uncertain or changing situations and take ownership without needing step-by-step direction.
- Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus a collaborative style suited to cross-functional teamwork.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with enthusiasm for learning, solving problems, and contributing wherever needed.
- A degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
- Background in a fast-moving startup, consumer brand, agency, or retail setting is an advantage.
