• Build and enhance dashboards along with KPI reports that help teams make informed decisions.
• Map out workflows and document business processes to produce clear, actionable analysis.
• Prepare visual materials that simplify complex findings and make recommendations easy to understand.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and structured frameworks for assessing operational results.
• Convert analytical findings into short, practical recommendations for different internal and external stakeholders.

Required background and capabilities
