Compensation is set at $50 to $60 per hour, with an expected weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review operational datasets and performance indicators to spot patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and update dashboards along with KPI reporting to help teams make informed choices.
• Map processes and analyze workflows, then document them in a way that produces practical insights.
• Prepare visual materials that explain complex findings and recommendations in a simple, business-friendly format.
• Create scoring rubrics and evaluation frameworks for measuring operational results.
• Convert analytical findings into short, actionable recommendations for a range of business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, business analysis, or strategy-focused roles is expected.
• Strong command of business intelligence tools and KPI reporting systems is required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are needed to simplify complex ideas.
• Practical experience with process documentation and workflow improvement is necessary.
• Ability to interpret data and present it through charts, dashboards, and executive summaries is required.
