Job description
Role Overview
An urgent opening is available for a Business Manager focused on Digital Q-Tickets for a client in Qatar. The position centers on driving commercial growth, supporting cinema promotions on digital channels, and ensuring smooth coordination across business, operations, marketing, and technical teams.
Business Development
- Work toward the annual revenue and marketing income targets defined in the budget.
- Make sure ticketing and white-label solution sales meet the assigned targets.
- Drive e-voucher sales to strategic corporate accounts in line with the budget.
- Coordinate with the technology team for event activation requirements.
- Develop barter and merchant partnerships to promote the QT brand through joint venture tie-ups.
- Lead the field-level team to improve event execution outcomes and client satisfaction.
Operations Coordination
- Liaise with cinemas to keep QT operations running without disruption.
- Ensure cinemas are actively marketed and promoted across digital platforms.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong business relationships with all customer-side stakeholders.
- Communicate account performance, project progress, feedback, and any changes that may affect the client in a clear and timely manner.
- Build and preserve a high level of customer trust in QT’s ability to deliver both existing and new service models.
Marketing Collaterals, Contracts, and MOU Management
- Check that all marketing materials carry the correct logo and branding.
- Ensure QT branding appears across all partner collaterals published online.
- Collect feedback after events from event managers and clients.
- Make sure clients receive their payments on time after event completion.
