Role overview

A family office–style client in Dubai is hiring a Business Manager to work at a senior corporate level across a diversified set of business activities and market exposures. The position acts as a close support partner to the Chairman and CEO, with responsibility for strengthening strategic oversight, operational discipline, and business performance measurement across the group.

Core purpose of the role

This role is designed to improve accountability and continuity across the organisation by supporting review processes, performance tracking, financial oversight, and governance controls. The Business Manager will help assess internal operations as well as external partnerships and vendor arrangements, ensuring the business remains commercially focused and operationally efficient.

Key focus areas

The role spans strategic support, KPI and performance analysis, financial reporting, and governance follow-through. It also includes event coordination, logistics support, and working with HR to help develop and implement corporate policies. A major part of the job is to create reliable reporting structures and standardised tools that support management with clear commentary and measurable insights.

Candidate profile

The employer is seeking a finance and operations professional with strong commercial judgment, broad business support capability, and a strategic mindset. Experience within the UAE market is important, along with exposure to the real estate and investment sectors. The successful candidate will need to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams with confidence, while adding tangible value in a group-company environment.

Reporting and analysis

The role requires advanced analytical ability, particularly in Excel-based reporting, presentations, and MIS dashboards. The candidate should be comfortable preparing information for corporate and project-level financial reviews, translating data into practical insights for leadership decision-making.

Policy and governance support

In addition to commercial and reporting responsibilities, the Business Manager must understand HR policy, operational procedures, and corporate governance. The role supports managers and teams across the existing structure to help maintain consistent standards and policy compliance.

Compensation

Salary offered is AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 per month, plus benefits.
