Overview

Our company is expanding its data-driven management capabilities and is seeking a highly analytical individual to enhance our Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, and dashboard frameworks. This role focuses on transforming company data into actionable insights, bridging BI, data analytics, and modern reporting directly connected to Finance and corporate governance. The emphasis is not only on producing reports but also driving transparency, automation, and leveraging advanced AI-powered analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and develop dashboards, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks, and reports that empower informed decision-making rather than mere data presentation.
• Analyze corporate data to detect patterns and derive practical recommendations for action.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement modern AI-supported analysis and reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
• Improve data models, ensure data quality, and establish clear, consistent reporting structures.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Management, and operational teams to translate requirements into effective BI and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking skills combined with a methodical and organized approach to work.
• Passion for data-driven working methods, Business Intelligence, and contemporary analytical processes.
• Prior experience, whether initial or several years, in BI, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using various digital tools.
• Understanding of business-related metrics and their interrelations.
• Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to quality.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Interest in automation technologies and AI-enhanced analytical procedures.
• Academic or professional background in business informatics, finance, or data analytics.
