Role Overview

The position of Business Intelligence Analyst is a full-time, on-location role situated in Doha, Qatar. Key responsibilities include gathering and interpreting business requirements to create data models and BI solutions. This role involves developing dashboards and reports that empower organizational decision-making. The analyst collaborates extensively with stakeholders to pinpoint vital metrics, analyze data trends, and generate actionable business insights aimed at enhancing operations and strategic initiatives. Daily activities involve maintaining BI platforms, ensuring data accuracy, documenting analytical workflows, and working alongside cross-functional teams to support ongoing and new projects.

Qualification Criteria

• Strong analytical thinking and business analysis abilities to convert requirements into meaningful insights.
• Expertise in data modeling to create and optimize structures for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with building and maintaining dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, as well as understanding of ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high attention to detail and capability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience working on AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics projects and background in consulting or data-intensive environments is advantageous.
